Traditional style 12 ft. x 24 ft. shed with front porch - design includes complete construction plans and a materials list. This is a nice size shed for storing boats, motorcycles or snowmobiles. It will look good in any neighborhood used as a tool shed, storage shed, garden shed, play house etc.
Plans show - floor plan, four elevations, building section, details, material specifications and all dimensions. 2 x 4 wall construction, board and batten siding, asphalt shingle roof, includes details to build with a concrete floor or wood framed floor. Second page shows several 3D framing illustrations. Main roof is 10/12 pitch, floor to top of ridge is 13'-6", porch roof is 3/12 pitch. Plans show one door at the front and an optional 8 ft. wide side/back door for moving larger items in and out.
This is a two page drawing set - you will receive two copies of the set - four 24" x 36" blueprints total and a material list.
The design and construction of this shed is much better than the sheds you will see at the large homecenters. Great for homeowners and small contractors.
