these are blueprints  made by Carter lumber in May 2016, new, never used for a Ranch House  2296 SF, basement, 3 car garage, 3 beds, office, 2 baths. Condition is "Brand New".  These prints call for poured basement walls and have a inset covered front porch and plans for a rear deck. Each blueprint set comes with seven pages:
Page 1 the cover sheet
Page 2 foundation and wall section
Page 3 main floor and APA wall details
Page 4 roof plan and wall section
Page 5 front and rear elevations
Page 6 left and right elevations
Page 7 building section A
Approximate room dimensions for main areas are kitchen dining 22 ft 10 in x 17 ft living room 21 ft 8 - 1/2 in by 16 ft 4.5 in master bedroom 15 ft 10 in by 17 ft with a huge walk-in closet,  bedroom two 12 ft 2 in by 12 ft and bedroom three 12 ft 9 in x 12 ft with a front office that measures 10 ft 5 in by 10 ft. there is also a front and rear foyer and a double fireplace between the living room and kitchen dining room area. the living room calls for cathedral ceilings.
These plans were drawn up for my daughter and her husband and due to job situations changing they moved and never used the plans to build. they paid around ,500 for the blueprints. I have a total of four sets.  Before purchasing look at all photos and ask any questions if in doubt. thank you.
