style 12 ft. x 16 ft. POOL HOUSE  with double 6 ft wide sliding front doors - design includes complete construction plans. This "Modern" style pool house has a simple shed roof and transom windows, that will look great with many modern house styles. Plan includes an optional 1/2 bath and small kitchen area. Can use as a studio space, childrens play house or it makes a nice large garden shed. The wall heights are 8ft. (rear) and 10 ft. (front).
Plans show - floor plan at 1/4" scale, four elevations, building section, details, material specifications and all dimensions, 2 x 4 wall construction (all joist-rafter-header sizes called out), horizontal siding, asphalt shingle roof, includes details to build with concrete floor or wood framed floor. The second page shows several 3D framing illustrations, wall framing plans and 1/2" scale floor plan with fixtures - cabinets & electrical layout. This is a very detailed set of plans.
This is a two page plan set. You will receive two copies of the set - four 24" x 36" blueprints total and a material list.
