OLD 2002 WDW Princess Ball Walt & Tinker Bell Replacement pin LE1000

Description

On February 23rd, 2002, the Magic Kingdom held the Princess Ball Pin Event for a cost of per person plus park admission to attend. Each attendee received Pin ( #9489 Pin Pics) which was limited to 1,000 and was a very nice pin. A small sign at the event distribution area stated that some of these pins were not up to Disney standards, so a replacement would be mailed to all event attendees.
On May 3rd, 2002, this pin was mailed as the replacement pin. The 3D Tinker Bell is in a lower position on the new pin, the frame is now accented with a Mickey head and Disney D, and is now blue instead of black. This revised pin also has the Princess Ball Logo on the reverse, and states that it is a limited edition of 1,000. The text at the bottom of the pin reads: "There is no art more fascinating than magic, Walt Disney.
The back of the pin has 3back stamps. One is the pin trading logo for 2002, second stamp reads:"Limited Edition of 1000 (c) Disney" and the third stamp reads:"The Princess BallMagic Kingdom, February 223 2003".
Pin measures 1 1/4" wide and 1 3/4" tall.
