This is a set of Custom House Plans. My husband was a Draftsman for over 45 years, designing many Custom Homes  and we are selling his stock

'. This plan contains a floor plans, 3 elevations and a roof plan.
They will all be shipped priority mail in a mailing tube so they will not be folded.
All plans are blac
k line prints and all pages are reproduce-able at a print shop.
Print as many copies as you need for various contractors, bankers, builders.
We will always reduce shipping costs if you were to purchase more than one set of plans.

A weekend lodge designed for 2 families or 4 couples, each family having their own bedroom, bath, kitchen and eating area.

2 bedrooms and two bathrooms on each side of the house, private entrances.
.    Living area total is 114 square feet with 444 sq.ft. of covered walkways around the house.

There is also 394 sq. ft. of walkway that is uncovered.
