Create your perfect two, three or four bay coach house style car barn. Or, build a barn with a combination of garage spaces, storage and
workshop areas. The plans start with a 24'x24' pole-barn with stairs up to a high and dry storage loft. Optional 12'x24' shed roof buildings, included with the plans, can be added to either or both sides, or across the back at any time. The add-ons include garages and workshops, and can be used for extra storage. You can also customize your coach house with your choice of exterior materials and colors.
These detailed drawings are architect designed and engineered for economical pole-barn or post-frame construction. They are engineered to meet and exceed code requirements, or to be easily adapted to meet code requirements, in all states but Florida. They should only be ordered for construction within the United States, but outside of Florida. Dozens have been built all across the rest of the United States.
Why three sets of the same plans? You may need to supply drawings to your building department, zoning board, community review board and building supply center. Extra sets of plans also come in handy when you want to get competitive bids from contractors and subcontractors.
